I teach relaxation, breathing and visualisation techniques to use throughout pregnancy to be soothed and happy, and also to use in labour to enter a state of calm self-hypnosis and manage pain naturally.
These breathing techniques can be applied to your everyday life too, and are especially useful in the postnatal period.

prepare for labour
The Pregnancy Yoga classes help you prepare for birth by teaching techniques to guide baby in to optimal foetal position for birth, and show you how to move and position yourself to keep labour moving along naturally and open the pelvis in all the right ways for the different stages of labour and birth.

Pregnancy Yoga Classes
My Pregnancy Yoga classes take place in my home studio in small groups of 3-5 participants. This allows me to tailor the class to meet the needs of all individual participants and it is a wonderfully friendly, relaxed and comfortable environment. We sometimes have one or both of my cats curled up on the chairs beside us: more cosy vibes!

pregnancy yoga faqs
When should I start pregnancy yoga?
As soon as you can! It is wonderful to do yoga through your whole pregnancy, and the classes are safe for all trimesters, however I recommend you begin the classes after your twelve week scan to ensure the pregnancy is established and due date confirmed.
Can I do multiple courses?
Yes you can! The staple fundamentals are covered in every four week course, and there is a wide array of other exercises, stretches and relaxation practises to add variety to the courses.
