The class is suitable for beginners and also those with a more established Yoga or Pilates practise.

I tailor the practise to suit your needs and I keep groups small, so that as a participant in my Yogalates group you can reap the benefits of having an in-person teacher ensuring you are practising each movement correctly; therefore your practise is safe and effective.
