Kat Sara Frost

This contract is an agreement between the Photographer: Kat Sara Creative and the Client:

1. Scope of Work: This contract is for services and products related to your wedding photography with Kat Sara Creative.
2. Fees: In consideration for the photography services provided by the Photographer, Client agrees to pay the the fee of £110 per hour for the agreed hours for which the Photographer shall attend the wedding/wedding preparations. Client agrees to pay 50% of this sum to Kat Sara Frost of Kat Sara Creative as a non-refundable initial payment. The initial payment reserves the Photographer‘s time. Kat Sara Creative agrees not to advertise this slot to any other potential clients. If the Client cancels this shoot for any reason, the initial payment will not be returned.
3. Work Product: Kat Sara Creative retains the right to basic post processing or digital image editing services on these photographs where artistically necessary. Kat Sara Creative will provide all edited photographs that she deems suitable for presentation for the Client no later than six weeks after the date of the photoshoot. Photos are only included in the initial payment when the entire fee has been paid in full, seven days before the day of your photoshoot. No photographs will be delivered without payment. All photos delivered to Client are licensed for Client’s personal use only.
4. Indemnification: 4.1: Photographer and Client agree that Photographer is in no obligation to capture any specific moment or pose or person(s) during the shoot. 4.2: Kat Sara Creative retains the right to cancel or reschedule for reasons out of their control, for example: bad weather, traffic conditions, location conditions, illness. In this circumstance, Photographer will return in full all payments made by Client to Photographer in relation to this shoot . 4.3: Client agrees that Photographer is not liable for any damage or loss related to technological failure including data loss. 4.4: Client understands and agrees that Photographer is not required to maintain copies of the photos from this shoot more than sixty days after the photos have been delivered to the client. 4.5: Client agrees that Photographer is not liable for any personal injury that may occur during photography sessions. 4.6: Photographer will strive to present photos in a workmanlike manner but is not required to cater to specific aesthetic preferences of Client. 4.7: Client agrees that they may be held liable for any damages caused by them or their party to any equipment or props owned by Photographer..
5. Model Release: Please use the opt in box to agree to this term. Client grants permission to Photographer to use Client’s image, or likeness any and all forms of media for commercial purposes, advertising, trade, personal use, ore any and all other uses, including website use, social media and marketing material.
6. Copyright: Kat Sara Creative retains all copyright for the images produced. Upon purchasing a package, Kat Sara Creative allows Client a license to use and print the images for their own personal use only. Client may post any images they have bought on their social media pages, and agrees not to apply any edits or filters when doing so. It is not a requirement to credit Photographer’s work once images are purchased, but tagging Kat Sara Creative would be much appreciated if possible. Client agrees not to screenshot images from Kat Sara Creative social media pages or online gallery. Client must not sell or share images for any marketing purposes including newspapers, brands, companies or anyone else who may profit from the images produced.
