My favourite class to teach, Mum & Baby yoga has so many more benefits for both mama and babe than I could list in this short reel. I can’t believe this Thursday is the last Mum & Baby yoga class for summer 2026! The hot weather has arrived! As weather in the UK looks to be a heatwave… I couldn’t wait to be a Mama and I loved teaching Baby Yoga from the moment I discovered it a few years after starting my Yoga Teaching career in 2007 🌸 Come join a small and nurturing pregnancy yoga group in Stubbington, Fareham. It’s a relaxed and comfortable home setting with the calming energy of kitty cats making things even more cosy. I wish life could always be perfectly balanced; I could be a mum, keep enough time for myself, enjoy a peaceful yoga practice when I need it, and always feel supported, held, and managing everything smoothly.
