The Pregnancy Yoga classes allows you focused time in your busy week, free from distractions, to connect with your growing baby and find blissful moments of peace. Make the most of this chapter and take time to enjoy the special baby bonding mediations and relaxations that we enjoy in class. it is ideal to attend pregnancy yoga for as many weeks as you can during your pregnancy!

get strong and flexible
Yoga movements, stretches and poses can offer natural remedies for common pregnancy discomforts such a breathlessness, achey hips and anxiety.
Safely build strength, get more supple, and tone your whole body. Improve your posture and keep it healthy as your baby grows bigger!

breathing for birth
I teach relaxation, breathing and visualisation techniques to use throughout pregnancy to be soothed and happy, and also to use in labour to enter a state of calm self-hypnosis and manage pain naturally.
These breathing techniques can be applied to your everyday life too, and are especially useful in the postnatal period.

prepare for labour
The Pregnancy Yoga classes help you prepare for birth by teaching techniques to guide baby in to optimal foetal position for birth, and show you how to move and position yourself to keep labour moving along naturally and open the pelvis in all the right ways for the different stages of labour and birth.

Early booking is strongly recommend. The class is suitable to attend from after your twelve week scan right up until birth.

You are booking a course, and there can be no refunds for missed classes during the course.
However, if you are attending after 37 weeks pregnant, you can book in up to your due date, paying for the course pro rata. If baby comes early, you can transfer remaining classes to Mum and Baby yoga. Email katsarayoga@gmail.com if you would like to do this.
