The Pregnancy Yoga Chakra Course is a six class prerecorded online prenatal yoga course which can be done over six weeks or at your leisure.
We build on the Pregnancy Yoga knowledge over the course, but equally, the classes can be completed in any order, as each one has full and clear instructions suitable for all abilities and levels.
Each class contains stretches for the entire body, while focusing the main movements, stretches and strengthening exercises to a region of the body which relates to the theme Chakra of the class.
In the yogic philosophy, Chakras are energy centres located in different areas of the body. When we work on breathing and physical stretches and movements associated with each Chakra, we balance the energy around each one, leading to health and happiness for body and mind.
Alternative moves are given for anyone experiencing Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD) or Pelvic Girdle Pain (PGP).
This is a strengthening and soothing Pregnancy Yoga course which will improve your overall flexibility and prepare you for an active labour and birth.
Within each class, there are methods given for helping baby get into optimal foetal position for birth, labour and birthing positions to ease delivery, plus hypnobirthing style visualisations, breathing practises and relaxations to help you manage pain naturally in labour and enjoy being in a calm, focused state as you birth your beautiful baby.
