My Mum & Baby Yoga class contains a combination of yoga for you, yoga for your baby and plenty of interactive yoga between you both. This keeps babies interested and entertained and is a blissful way for you to bond with each other.

Taking this time for yourself also brings healing calmness and relaxation into your busy week, giving you guided moments of peace, and a lighter brighter feeling that you will take from the yoga class into your daily life.

strengthening and healing
Yoga is perfect for healing after pregnancy and birth, improving the health, flexibility and strength of your core and pelvic floor in a safe way, especially perfect if you have any prolapse or diastases recti (separation of the abdominal muscles).
Your whole body is strengthened and your posture improved, especially important after the postural changes that pregnancy brings.

beneficial for babies
Baby yoga promotes babies’ brain development, coordination skills, visual development and even language skills! It is also soothing, helping with their digestion and improving their sleep patterns. You will get lots of ‘take home’ techniques to use to help settle, soothe and entertain your baby outside of the class!
