I teach yoga for Pregnancy which includes relaxation and visualisation practises to keep you calm in labour and manage pain naturally.
I teach Postnatal Mum and Baby yoga which is an interactive class for you and your baby and the perfect way to heal postnatally and improve your posture, flexibility and overall body strength and tone.
